Did you ever wonder if your City Councillor reflects your views, your values or your priorities?

Have you ever asked yourself if the Mayor or your local City Councillor is making the best decision for our City?

Then this website is for you!

TorontoCityCouncil.ca is dedicated to trying to pierce the veil of local government and long Council meetings where often times you don't know how your local Councillor is voting and what decisions they are making.

TorontoCityCouncil.ca is designed to increase the accountability and transparency of City Hall by highlighting these votes. While we won't list every Council vote (the City of Toronto website already does this), we will pick one or two items from every Council agenda that we think deserves attention.

Each item will have a title and a short summary, followed by the vote by your local Councillor. We have also included, where possible, a link to the recommendations and report that was on the Council Agenda. This will allow you to read some of the information that was used by your Councillor in making their decision.
